Brush Project: Huskers

At first I just had the little logo. Then I made it a stamp and brush stamped it all along the picture so you see that pattern in the background. I used gradient and made it fade from red to white. Then I used a stamp of this football to put on top.

Brush Project

For this picture I basically took the swirl designs from a lot of different pictures and then used a brush stamp to make this.

Clean Background and Filling the Frame

This picture is taken with the blurred background so there are no distractions behind the sunflower and you just look at the sunflower. It also fills the frame.

Rule of Thirds

So, this example isn't the greatest but I like the picture and I think it does kind of fall under this rule since your focus all goes to that part of the picture.

Strong Center of Interest

I thought this picture was cool because you can see how the wood is coming out of the one post a little bit and how the posts are joined.

Using Lines to Lead the Eye

I think this one leads the eyes because of the tire marks on the bridge, then the next bridge and down the road.

Angle of Perspective

This is a shot I took from under a windmill and I think the angle is pretty cool on it

Framing and Filling the Frame

I took this picture of my cat Husker on the deck looking through the posts to frame his face.

Panorama

I edited this by removing rips, wrinkles, and fades with the paint brush and clone stamp. Then I changed it to black and white because some of the pictures were sepia and the colors were looking weird.

Bug on leaf

I changed the colored part by going to the "poster edges" filter.

In this I took out the swimmers in the background and added the text.

Basically in this picture I made our eyes and our shirts colored and the rest black and white.

I changed the background so instead of the road in the window of the car it's scenery.

The '09 OHS All-Staters at the House of Blues!

me and my friends Jill and Brett paddle-boating along the Missouri :)

Golf

In this picture I cut myself and the golf ball out of a picture of me at one of the tournaments last year and put it on this golf course.

In this picture I selected the flower and made the background darker.
